Service description服务说明

NexusAPI is an independent GPT API relay service. It provides a compatibility layer, billing layer, and usage interface for supported upstream models. NexusAPI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by OpenAI. NexusAPI 是独立的 GPT API 中转服务，为支持的上游模型提供兼容层、计费层与用量界面。NexusAPI 与 OpenAI 不存在关联、背书或运营关系。

Payments and merchant of record付款与商户记录方

Payments are processed through Dodo Payments. Dodo acts as Merchant of Record and is responsible for payment processing, invoicing, and applicable tax handling for your transaction. 付款通过 Dodo Payments 处理。Dodo 作为 Merchant of Record，负责你的交易支付处理、开票以及适用税务处理。

Billing note:计费说明： Your card payment is handled directly by Dodo Payments rather than stored or processed by NexusAPI. 你的银行卡支付由 Dodo Payments 直接处理，NexusAPI 不存储也不处理银行卡数据。

Refund policy退款政策

NexusAPI follows a strict prepaid refund policy for top-ups. NexusAPI 对充值余额采用严格的预付费退款规则。

  • Full refund window全额退款窗口 You may request a full refund within 30 days after top-up if no quota has been consumed. 充值后 30 天内，如果没有消耗任何额度，你可以申请全额退款。
  • Bonus reset赠送额度清零 If a refund is approved, any first top-up bonus credit linked to that recharge will be removed at the same time. 如果退款获批，与该笔充值关联的首充 bonus 额度会同时被清零。
  • No refund after usage使用后不退款 Once any quota has been used, the corresponding recharge is no longer eligible for refund. 一旦发生任何额度消耗，对应充值即不再支持退款。
  • Support contact申请方式 Refund requests should be sent to support@nexusapi.com. 退款申请请发送至 support@nexusapi.com。

Prohibited use禁止用途

  • Illegal content违法内容 You may not use NexusAPI to generate, distribute, or support illegal content or unlawful activity. 你不得使用 NexusAPI 生成、传播或协助违法内容与非法活动。
  • Abuse and attacks滥用与攻击 You may not use the service for abuse, automated attacks, credential misuse, prompt injection at scale, or other malicious behavior. 你不得将本服务用于滥用、自动化攻击、凭证滥用、大规模提示注入或其他恶意行为。

Service changes服务变更

Prices, supported models, operational limits, and these terms may change over time. NexusAPI will provide advance notice to users before material pricing or policy changes take effect. 价格、支持模型、运行限制以及本条款都可能更新。对于重要的价格或政策变化，NexusAPI 会在生效前提前通知用户。

NexusAPI provides routing and billing infrastructure only, and does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or fitness of generated content for your use case.
